We analyze multiple years of giving history to establish a baseline, look for trends and pinpoint strengths and opportunities. In addition, our methodologists develop reliable surveys that measure impact in various capacities to support the data-based findings and expand goals.
In addition to analyzing data, we look at the full picture of your organization’s development resources – human and technical – to understand the moving parts and capacity to support future growth.
We do not investigate the “feasibility” of launching a campaign. Rather, we conduct a study to determine the best route to campaign success. Since 80-90% of a campaign goal is typically contributed by 10-20% of donors, we focus on engaging and listening to your organization’s most loyal donors and stakeholders during the pre-campaign study as well as craft thorough planning for the life of the campaign.
