Erica Rabhan, MPA

For nearly two decades, Erica Rabhan has partnered with mission-driven organizations across both the Jewish and secular nonprofit sectors. Her experience spans local, national, and international work, including roles as Young Adult Director at the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta, Southeast Director of Development for American Jewish Committee, and most recently with the Harold Grinspoon Foundation representing PJ Library.

Erica has also held leadership roles in higher education, serving as a Major Gifts Officer at the College of Charleston and as Director of Development for the College of Health Professions at the Medical University of South Carolina. Across these roles, she has focused on building strong donor relationships, strengthening fundraising strategy, and helping organizations grow sustainable philanthropic programs.

Erica is an active community leader with deep involvement across the nonprofit and philanthropic sector. She serves as a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and has held leadership roles including Board Member of Jewish Family Services and current Board Chair of the Yaschik Arnold Jewish Studies Program at the College of Charleston. She also contributes to Camp Judaea’s Fundraising Committee and the Coastal Community Foundation’s Grants Committee, and is a former Senior Contributor to Charleston Moms Blog.

Erica lives in Charleston, SC with her husband, two children, and their dog, Brisket, and is deeply connected to the local Jewish community.
