Zahava is Senior Consultant and Project Manager at RAISE. Fusing her passion for fresh ideas with effective project management, Zahava has a track record of success in convening diverse teams to activate around new initiatives. Zahava provides expertise around data aspects of fundraising and marketing, specifically how data hygiene and mining can help organizations deepen community engagement, outreach, and impact.
Zahava began her career at museums, art organizations, cultural institutions, and has since worked with performing arts organizations, education nonprofits, and Jewish organizations. Since 2014, she has helped 25+ clients succeed on a diverse range of projects–from expanding fundraising activities, to growing donor pools, to taking on milestone campaigns–all with organizational development at the heart of each engagement.
At RAISE, Zahava provides coaching and training for clients as they prepare to take on key growth initiatives.
Zahava holds an MA in History of the Decorative Arts, Design History and Material Culture from Bard Graduate Center, with a focus on digital humanities, and a BA in History from Touro College. When she is not working, Zahava can be found volunteering in her community, reading works of fiction, playing (stringed) musical instruments, and spending time with her family.
