Increased Major Gifts and Event Strategy
MATAN, like many organizations, was struggling to maintain its development efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic, with fundraising revenue plummeting by over $100,000. MATAN began its partnership with RAISE with the addition of a crowdfunding campaign.
The hand-in-hand approach that RAISE took in uplifting MATAN’s efforts has since added first $150,000 and $75,000 to its Annual Campaign in each of its two years of work together. Additionally, RAISE worked with MATAN to overhaul its fundraising strategy for the Annual Spring Event, which also saw an increase of over $100,000 from 2021 to 2022. The 75% increase of total fundraising revenue since the start of our work together has allowed MATAN to focus on new areas of growth for the organization in capacity building efforts including a new focus on foundations fundraising, continue to invest in the retention of their incredible professional staff, and provide their critical work in the community.
